WE OFFER FREE ALTERATIONS BY OUR COMPANY TAILOR ON YOUR GARMENT FOR A YEAR FROM TIME OF PURCHASE.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER


ALL ORDERS TAKE UP TO 7 DAYS FOR PROCESSING, WE OFFER SAME DAY SHIPPING FOR ALL “RTW” ITEMS IN STOCK, NEXT DAY AND GROUND SHIPPING FOR EVERYTHING ELSE.
ALL MADE TO MEASURE ITEMS TAKE UP TO 4 WEEKS TO PRODUCE, PROCESSING IS DONE SIMULTANEOUSLY.  YOUR SHIPPING PREFERENCE IS ADDED TO THE END OF THE 4 WEEK TIME FRAME.
 
 
CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS PURCHASED?


ANY READY TO WEAR ITEM WITH GENERIC SIZING CAN BE RETURNED UP TO 30 DAYS UNWORN WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT.
ANY ITEMS MADE TO ORDER CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
 
 
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?


IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, PLEASE EMAIL US AT SALES@MUSIKAFRERE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST BUT IN SOME CASES WE WILL BE UNABLE TO CANCEL ORDERS, SUCH AS ORDERS THAT HAVE ALREADY PROCESSED.
